If this is the first time you are logging in (and do not have a Username and Password), please start by completing the form on the Activate Your Account page.
If you have been provided with a Username and Password (and this is the first time you are logging in), follow the steps below to get started:
- Enter your Username and Password and click “Login.” In the pop-up window, select your primary care provider.
- Select the Essential Health Connection Plan you would like to subscribe to, review and agree to the Hello Health Terms and Conditions.
- Review the description of the fee that will be charged to your account. Select “Subscribe.”
- Enter your payment information. Select “Confirm.”
- VERY IMPORTANT FINAL STEP: Access “My Profile” to update your Contact Information. Enter your email address, and change your password to something unique and memorable for you. This email address will be used to notify you of activity on your secure Hello Health account.
