Although every patient's situation is different it is easy to see that in-office visit costs will be reduced using Hello Health. When moving some of your in-office appointments or questions online you will save in travel costs to and from the office.

With Hello Health, you’ll be able to talk to me and my staff online, send secure emails, request prescription refills, get copies of lab results, and see care plans based on your in-office or remote visit. And for an additional fee, you’ll be able to have video consultations with me!

As your doctor, I recommend creating your own Personal Health Record (PHR) online. Consider it a back-up of the paper medical records you store at home. Your PHR will then be available when you need it most—while traveling, in an emergency, or when you’re adding a new healthcare provider to your team. And, not only will you have access to your PHR at anytime, but you can send us an email or have an online consultation from wherever you are.

You will need a Username and Password in order to Log In and Sign Up for Hello Health. You can get the Username and Password in one of 3 ways. Come to our office, call 1-800-779-1526 or you will be receiving a letter from us that will provide you a unique Username and Password. You will then Log In using 3 easy steps, pay for your services with your credit card, debit card, or even your HSA, and start using the resources at your fingertips immediately.

The $59 Essential Health Connection Plan has an annual fee that is non-reimbursable and should not be submitted to private or federally funded insurance since it is an administrative fee and not medical care. Payment must be made via credit or debit card, including HSA accounts as permitted by terms of your individual plan.
